Updating of title to reflect changes in details, such as name changes, or change in the address of an owner.

spouseThe mortgagee's permission will first be required to add a spouse's name to an existing loan. Then the relevant documentation can be prepared, and if this is the title owner's principal place of residence and the relationship has been de facto for at least two years, it may be possible to receive a concessionary stamp duty rate.

Completion of
court orderWhere a court order has been issued, settlement must take place strictly according to the court's instructions concering funds disbursements. However, there may well be significant concessions regarding stamp duty obligations in these cases, and Bouvard Settlements can advise on the optimum strategy.

Disbursement of funds follows the instructions issued by court orders, and the relevant Transfer of Land documents are prepared.
